Job Description:
 

Restaurant Manager will provide an amazing guest experience and ensures that all employees are meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. Managers will fully grasp all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Additionally, ensuring all guests feel the true meaning of hospitality and are given responsive, gracious and considerate service at all times. It falls on the Restaurant Manager to ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. We are looking for a trustworthy candidates able to control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years consecutive with all previous employers
  • A true desire and passion for mentoring others
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts
  • Guest oriented and genuinely cares about guest experience
  • Progressive hospitality experience with track record of success with staff, guests and profits
