Title of Position – Restaurant Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager must be energetic and able to inspire as a leader. The responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager include motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to our guests, while upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should be able to follow the financial procedures, including but not limited to P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions. The person in this position must be a lead by example Restaurant Manager able to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.

Cindi’s restaurant management background, her extensive administrative experience and her love of helping others makes her a great fit for Gecko Hospitality. She previously spent 5 years with Gecko’s New York office and is currently supporting our Indiana and South Texas territories.
