Title of Position:  Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As an  Restaurant Manager your responsibilities include being part of a management team who is overseeing all around performance of the restaurant, ensuring the very best standards of service are being met and exceeded in both the Front and Back of House. As the  Restaurant Manager it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motive and inspire your team. Recognizing your team members are also eager to develop their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our  Restaurant Manager must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor. Knowledge of P&L with ability to control costs throughout the entire building a plus.

Qualifications:

  • This position requires a minimum of 2+ years’ experience as an Restaurant Manager
  • The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer service is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
