Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the all-around operations and is also responsible for the P&L of the restaurant. The person in this position will direct the hourly staff members and work directly with the General Manager to ensure compliance with company specifications for preparing food, sanitation and administrative and accounting obligation. The Restaurant Manager accounts for the development and training of all hourly and management staff in the restaurant, and must have extremely strong leadership abilities.
- The Restaurant Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must posses
- High volume experience of 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position
