Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
  The Restaurant Manager should have a passion for upping her/his game through on going training that provides pathways for career advancement while maintain a focus on guest service, food, and beer. Responsibilities include for the Restaurant Manager is front of house recruitment, management and shift scheduling while maintaining a team focus on high quality food and service. The Restaurant Manager must be a driven individual with strong organizational skills who provide ongoing customer feedback are highly sought. The Restaurant Manager will also help organize and direct training programs within the restaurant and act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant and ensure the highest levels of products and hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a high volume (over $4m per year in sales) Corporate Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
  • A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

Steve is married to his wife Tracy - also a restaurant professional. Steve has a daughter Nicole, and two stepsons Robert and Joseph, all in their twenties and doing well. Steve was born, raised, and has always resided in Southeastern PA. He is a big sports fan. His hobbies are golfing and reading.
