Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager is thoughtful, well rounded, skilled at supervising and troubleshoots restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager sets clear and concise achievable and rewarding goals for their team. The Restaurant Manager maintains the highest possible standards of the restaurant’s sanitation and safety conditions for customers and employees. The Restaurant Manager monitors and supervises compliance with all company policies, procedures and practices and would establish and maintain the highest possible standards for food quality.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 years restaurant management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the Restaurant Manager
- The Manager must be willing to work late nights.
- The Restaurant Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
- The Restaurant Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
- Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
