Job Description: The Restaurant Manager is an integral part of the dining room team, responsible for creating a guest experience that exceeds expectations while operating within budget to maximize profits. Working closely with the General Manager, they will develop comprehensive strategies which ensure standards are met in all facets of operations—including food and beverage quality control, staffing optimization, supply management as well as adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:Â
·        The Restaurant Manager must have upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
