Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all overall front of the house operations. Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching of the staff as well as counseling and terminating personnel will also be responsibilities of the restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager you will be expected to lead by example and maintain a professional environment for the staff at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be extremely necessary as our Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will work with the management team to create the best dining experience possible for our guests.

- This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must posses
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
- Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
