Restaurant Manager Position
Salary: Up to $55,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for our brand in Charlotte, NC.

What We Seek:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to create a fun work environment while ensuring productivity
- Passion for team development and coaching
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations to enhance guest and employee satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Manage inventory, front-of-house and back-of-house logistics
- Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation standards
- Provide hands-on support during peak operational hours
