Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement key organizational initiatives such as new menu roll outs, new training programs and promotional activities
- Ensure Policies and Procedures are consistently followed by all employees
- Ensure restaurant is consistently staffed with qualified employees
- Ensure profit objectives are consistently achieved
- Ensure restaurant facility and equipment are consistently up to standard
- Ensure recipe, food quality and ticket time standards are being met.
- Consistently coaches staff to achieve excellent results
- Ensure managers are consistently performing their Duties and Responsibilities as outlined.
- The Restaurant Manager must possess 3-5 years high-volume Restaurant Management experience
- Proven experience creating a safe work environment incorporating teamwork and professional development is necessary for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must have proven success in controlling of costs associated with running a profitable business such as labor, and beverage
- The ability to handle stress in a productive way is a must for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must have the ability to delegate while maintaining control
