We are a fast-paced and bustling fast-food franchise looking for a skilled Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for leading teams, managing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all operational aspects of the restaurant
- Assure health and safety regulations are met
- Oversee staff scheduling, training and development
- Foster a positive and productive team culture
- Drive sales and profitability
Salary: $48,000 - $51,000, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
