Title of Position – Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be tasked with promoting excellence through outstanding customer service and will oversee staffing, scheduling, financial objectives, and staff development. This role encompasses the daily operations of the restaurant, including its appearance and presentation, customer experience, and providing professional leadership and guidance to all employees. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for selecting and training highly skilled, service-oriented staff and conducting training sessions to enhance employees' knowledge of food and beverages, as well as their sales skills.

Qualifications:
·        Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager

·        The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
·        A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
