As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the standard of service excellence throughout the guest experience. From coaching and mentoring staff to overseeing daily operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales. You will also have the opportunity to exercise independent judgment and discretion when handling conflicts within the restaurant.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment and be Food Safe Certified. Additionally, you should have a passion for developing and mentoring people, a track record of achieving financial results, and a guest-oriented philosophy.
