Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to meet customer service guidelines and direct the activities of employees, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, handle administrative and accounting duties, schedule, train and develop employees. As a Restaurant Manager you are expected to lead by example and create a welcoming and professional environment for our personnel and guests. The Restaurant Manager will work together with the General Manager is ensure the daily operations run smoothly and company policies and procedures are met, as well as, restaurant goals.

Qualifications

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume environment

· The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is necessary for the Restaurant Manager

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Restaurant Manager should act as a “brand ambassador”
