Job Description
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Ensure consistent and exceptional customer service standards are maintained to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing schedules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that supplies and ingredients are consistently stocked and accounted for.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, addressing any issues to ensure positive experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales, promote special events, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain budgets, including payroll, food, and beverage costs, to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to staff, ensuring that team members are motivated and equipped to deliver top-tier service.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and inviting environment for both employees and guests.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to develop and motivate a team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and creating a positive guest experience.
