Title of Position – Restaurant Manager
Job Description: Along with overseeing the front of house and attending to our Guests, the Restaurant Manager will need to bring their very best management skills and accessible approach to the team in order to support your restaurant’s hiring and development. The Restaurant Manager must have enthusiasm for our product that's contagious and it's their obligation to motivate the Team Members. The person will be held accountable for the efficient scheduling and planning of 20-30 hourly Team Members within an organized and professional environment. The Restaurant Manager will report to the General Manager, and will also be held accountable for writing up the end-of-shift reports covering daily labor, food control and sales, make use of guest feedback to evaluate their service to make sure they stay faithful, ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, as well as Company and local health and safety guidelines and other assigned responsibilities.
