Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As our Restaurant Manager you will be expected to maintain all areas of the restaurants daily functions. Ensuring absolute customer satisfaction throughout the shift will be required of our Restaurant Manager. Excellent food quality and guest experience are equally important to maintain. Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager also include ensuring compliance with proper food handling procedures, state health, safety, security and company policies. The Restaurant manager will assist in hiring, training and developing our team to create future leaders within our organization. Working together with the General Manager the Restaurant manager will build skills and an extensive knowledge of inventory management, product ordering, labor control and P&L management. This is a position that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize and make quick decisions. To be a successful Restaurant Manager a positive and professional attitude must be maintained at all times.

· 2+ plus years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Manager
· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must posses
· The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial for the organization
· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
· The Restaurant Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
