Title of Position: Restaurant Manager


Compensation: $60K - $70K


Job Description:  The Restaurant Manager upholds company Core Values, Vision and Mission. They report directly to the General Manager and maintains all the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager as well as understand the duties of the Banquet/Special Events Manager. Their main focus is to assist the GM and work with other managers in daily operations as well as assist in coming up with new ideas to better the restaurant and team. (Restaurant Manager with language skills are also responsible to field all inquiries including, and not limited to emails and take care of all banquets/special events/large parties) requiring language skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Upper education preferable, however not required
  • 3 -5 years of related experience preferably with a full-size restaurant and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in cash-handling and inventory management
  • Computer skills required. Working knowledge of Reservations system and Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.                                     
  • Liquor License (Manager Card required)
  • TB Clearance
