Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development, sales and profit growth. The Restaurant Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs and lifestyle. Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of restaurant in a food service supervisor role is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess

· The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial for the organization

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Restaurant Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
