What You’ll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our steakhouse. You’ll lead, inspire, and support both the front- and back-of-house teams to maintain the highest standards of service and quality. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate team that shares our dedication to exceptional hospitality. Create a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. Handle any guest concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into opportunities to impress.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Financial Responsibility: Drive profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales reports. Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, such as implementing promotions or optimizing menu offerings.
• Standards & Quality Control: Maintain consistency in food, drinks, and service by collaborating with chefs, servers, and bartenders to ensure our menu and service exceed expectations.
• Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of special events, catering requests, and private dining experiences, making sure every detail is flawless.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with our guests and the local community, fostering loyalty and repeat visitation.

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who can balance the art of great service with the science of effective restaurant management. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Hospitality Expertise: Proven management experience, ideally in a steakhouse, fine dining, or upscale casual restaurant setting.

• Operational Strengths: Strong expertise in restaurant operations, including financial acumen, inventory, scheduling, and staff development.

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage: Familiarity with steakhouse fare, wine pairings, and cocktails is a strong advantage.
