Title of Position: Assistant Manager

Job Description: The Assistant Manager should ensure all guests feel the genuine meaning of hospitality and are given responsive, pleasant, and courteous service at all times. It will also fall on the Assistant Manager to ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. A Professional Assistant Manager will make employment and termination decisions, continually striving to build up staff in all areas of professional development. We are searching for a trustworthy candidate able to control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

  • The Assistant Manager should demonstrate strong leadership and guest service skills.
