Title of Position: Service Manager

Job Description: The Service Manager will be responsible for all daily functions of the restaurant. Ensuring guest satisfaction in addition to maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere for the hourly personnel will be the responsibility of the Service Manager. It s essential for the Service Manager to lead by example and ensure compliance with company standards and policies as well as state a health regulation. The Service Manager will show enthusiasm and desire to grow and expand knowledge of administrative functions to maintain the restaurant s profitability. These functions will include but are not limited to controlling food and labor costs, vendor communications, scheduling, and P&L budgeting. The Service Manager must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise during any shift.

  • The Service Manager should possess 3+ years of high volume restaurant management experience
