Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be in charge of overseeing the operational management of the restaurant. Recruiting, training, and developing staff as well as the management team will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager. Supporting our community through fundraisers and events will be orchestrated and publicized by the Restaurant Manager via social media and local marketing. Our Restaurant Manager will generate a professional setting for the staff and encourage teamwork and cooperation within the restaurant. Financial duties such as product ordering, budgeting, and P&L will be performed by the Restaurant Manager as well as human resource functions including, however, not limited to disciplining and counseling personnel. As our Restaurant Manager, you will also be expected to remain approachable and down to earth to allow your guests as well as staff to communicate comfortably and honestly.
