Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will possess exceptional leadership and people skills. The Restaurant Manager will also provide enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, detail oriented and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Management Job description: Communicates, evaluates and documents team member performance as assigned. Assists in controlling P&L. Additionally, proper inventory control and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales. The Manager will handle cash procedures and oversee and complete daily financial paperwork. As a Restaurant Manager you should have these required skills: Excellent training skills Ability to open/close, Ability to motivate the staff to excel in the execution of their positions
Required Experience: 2 or more years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor. Excellent written and verbal skills; highly effective communicator! Ability to be quick on your feet, work in an extremely fast-paced environment, and multi-task.
