We are searching for a strong Restaurant Manager to manage and grow as we seek to expand. We are seeking dynamic Restaurant Manager Professionals with previous Quick Service or Fast Casual management experience.
Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager has to be capable of managing day-to-day shifts and ensuring smooth, calm, and efficient restaurant operations at all times, including assisting in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy and reliability of transactions. The Restaurant Manager must have the ability to maintain and easily communicate solid understanding of all services and products offered by the restaurant. The position will also involve troubleshooting any issues arising in the restaurant, including problems with POS system operations, equipment problems, customer complaints, scheduling challenges, employee issues, etc.

Experience of 6+ years as a Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader or Shift Supervisor or Key Holder or Shift Leader is a must for this position

The Restaurant Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
The Restaurant Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
The Restaurant Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
