Title of Position- Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As our Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for all day to day operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will exercise knowledge of controlling staff resources, developing the team, and assist in building sales while maintaining all operational, safety and sanitation guidelines. Excellent leadership abilities are a must to reach your goals as our Restaurant Manager. Training and coaching personnel with a positive and encouraging attitude will lead to a productive work atmosphere. It’s essential that the Restaurant Manager possesses a strong understanding of administrative and financial functions. Managing the routine maintenance of the restaurant is essential in prolonging equipment life and functionality. Spectacular verbal and written communication skills are a necessary attribute of the Restaurant Manager as well.

- Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Manager

Ashley graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. Ashley has worked in restaurant management for Don Pablo's and The Corner Bakery Cafe where she worked for years as a FOH Manager as well as a Catering Manager.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing tennis and golf, and cheering for her favorite sports teams.
