Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will work side by side with the Proprietor managing the three management responsibilities: People, Sales, and Profits. The Restaurant Manager focus will be developing our front-of-house staff, but will still assist the Proprietor in recruiting, training, and developing all Team Members and will ensure they are treated with respect and will contribute to the decisions of hiring and terminating employees. The Restaurant Manager will help build sales through service and will follow through with sales growth plans both inside and outside the restaurant.
