Title of Position: Front of The House Manager
Job Description: Our Front of The House Manager must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Front of The House Manager will provide exceptional customer service along with having great communication skills. The Front of The House Manager will work directly under the General Manager to assist in overseeing all restaurant operations including the FOH and all administrative and financial duties. As the Front of The House Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. The Front of The House Manager must be able to manage the workflow in a fast-paced environment and be a master of multi-tasking and delegating.

Qualifications:
  • The Front of The House Manager must have high volume restaurant experience of at least three years
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Front of The House Manager
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Front of The House Manager
  • The Front of The House Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • The Front of The House Manager should have open availability
