Join our team as a Restaurant Manager at our thriving, fast-growing full-service restaurant in Washington, DC. With an exciting brand and plenty of room for growth, we are currently hiring and offering a competitive base salary of $65K - $75K, depending on experience. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in exceeding guest expectations and leading our team to success on a daily basis. From overseeing the entire guest experience to mentoring and managing our staff, you will set the standard for service excellence. This position will involve both daytime and nighttime hours during the week and on weekends.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management, particularly in a high-volume, full-service environment. It is also essential to be Food Safe Certified and have any required Management State Certifications.
