Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
 Job Description:
  The Restaurant Manager will run the daily operations of the restaurant, managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and continually improved. The Restaurant Manager would perform operational activities such as table touches, scheduling, sanitation, preparing and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies. The Restaurant Manager would also communicate and abide by all company policies and procedures. The Restaurant Manager would aid in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members.


  • 2+ years of current salaried Restaurant Manager experience
  • High volume experience; must have restaurant management background in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
  • Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

After many years on the road, Marty and his wife, Jill, settled in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where they are enjoying the life of empty nesters. Their son, Jacob, works for Marty and handles the states of Arkansas and Delaware. Daughter, Dayna, has joined as a recruiter assistant for Colorado.

Now that he has made his final career change Marty has much more time to devote to his many activities with synagogue and choir. He is a lifetime Red Cross Blood Donor (over 60 pints donated so far) and regularly volunteers his cooking skills for charitable events.
