Salary up to $60,000 depending upon experience
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our casual dining establishment located in Charlotte, NC. Our restaurant is a beloved local brand with a strong following, and we need a talented leader who is passionate about maintaining our exceptional standards of service and food quality.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume, full-service kitchen, and front-of-house operation, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the restaurant. You must be a strong and effective leader with excellent communication and organizational skills and have extensive experience managing financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume full-service dining establishment, with a track record of driving profitability and success. You must be adept at managing all areas of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory, budgeting, and customer service.
