Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle high stress in a high-volume environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to run your own restaurant

Job Responsibilities:

As our Managing Partner, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies with the support of the management team
• Directing and managing the work of the management team, including setting schedules and assigning responsibilities
• Overseeing all food, labor, and liquor costs to maintain economic efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Conducting weekly and monthly performance evaluations and offering coaching where required
• Overseeing the recruitment and hiring processes for both management and hourly employees
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the safety of our employees and guests at all times
• Acting as the primary liaison with store vendors and support center contacts
