Title of Position: FOH Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As the FOH Restaurant Manager you will be held accountable for all service staff and guest relations of the restaurant. The FOH Restaurant Manager will possess spectacular communication skills and have an outgoing and unreserved personality. As the FOH Restaurant Manager it will be essential to frequently visit tables and receive guest feedback. To be successful as our FOH Restaurant Manager it will be crucial to maintain an open line of communication between front and back of house personnel to ensure food and service excellence are consistently maintained.

Qualifications:
· The FOH Restaurant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the FOH Restaurant Manager

· The FOH Restaurant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
