As the Restaurant Service and Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our service and bar operations to new heights. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Creating enticing food and drink menus that cater to the preferences of our diverse clientele
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels
- Implementing effective strategies to track customer behavior and optimize sales

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Service and Bar Manager, with a track record of success in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and food and beverage service
