Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Service and Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our service and bar operations to new heights. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery

• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Service and Bar Manager, with a track record of success in the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and food and beverage service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with staff and customers
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
