Title of Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will possess exceptional leadership and people skills. The Restaurant Manager will also provide enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, detail oriented and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Management Job description: Communicates, evaluates and documents team member performance as assigned. Assists in controlling P&L. Additionally, proper inventory control and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales. The Manager will handle cash procedures and oversee and assist with daily financial paperwork. As a Restaurant Manager you should have these required skills: Excellent training skills, Ability to open/close, Ability to motivate the staff to excel in the execution of their positions.
- 2+ years of current or recent Restaurant Manager or Supervisory experience (Key Manager, Hourly Manager, Shift Supervisor, etc.)
- A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
