Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of business management principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software programs necessary for managing a restaurant.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Training Restaurant Manager in our Goodyear, Arizona location, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and implementing training programs for staff.
- Ensuring that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer complaints promptly.
- Managing budgets and financial plans, as well as controlling expenditure.
- Promoting and marketing the business in the local community.
