Job Description: This particular Training Manager candidate will be accountable for supporting the operations of multiple restaurants while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development. The Training Manager is in a position to lead their team by example following guidelines, procedures and our businesses values. As the Training Manager, you will be engaged in all aspects of building guest relationships to promoting local community involvement.
