• Fluent in English.
• Ability to stand for extended durations (up to 8 hours).
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Current certification in food safety or related qualifications.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a bustling restaurant setting (15 mil++ revenue).
• Capability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds.
• Oversee and ensure top-notch service quality.
• Lead the management team in task allocation, scheduling, and performance benchmarks.
• Institute and uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Manage and maintain the restaurant's equipment, decor, and overall environment.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor management and supervisory personnel.
• Address employee concerns, offer guidance, and when necessary, take disciplinary measures.
• Monitor records pertaining to staff performance, labor expenses, health-related absences, and overtime.
• Handle food and beverage inventory and financial metrics efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with top-tier leadership for budgeting and strategic planning.
• Undertake other related responsibilities as needed.

Lucas Andrews has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and another 5 of that being in recruiting and onboarding and leadership experience. During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college. Lucas had held many different management positions before transitioning into recruitment.
He grew up in a suburb of Roseville in Northern California, then moved to Southern California to pursue his successful restaurant management career. Lucas’s’ ability to see talent and passion for others makes him an exceptional recruiter.
Lucas is a devoted family man and spends most of his free time with his wife Ashley, and his two sons – Callum and Liam, and daughter Presley. He enjoys football, boating, basketball, hiking and fantasy sports!
