Job Title: Restaurant Manager
American Classic Breakfast Lunch Dinner Late Night
Location: LA OC
Compensation: Up to $90,000 total compensation annually
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in CA. This crucial role involves maintaining our commitment to high-quality service, overseeing staff development, and ensuring operational excellence and profitability of our American classic breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant.
Ensure the consistent implementation and daily execution of established training standards.
Actively engage in the ongoing training and development of assistant managers and other staff members.
Strategically plan for the restaurant’s future business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and supervise all day-to-day operations within the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, addressing both compliments and concerns effectively.
Conduct regular staff meetings to maintain alignment, focus, and a strong team environment.
Lead monthly safety committee meetings to promote and maintain workplace safety standards.
Implement strategies to boost the restaurant's Adjusted Net Profit margin.
Participate in the development and supervision of strategic marketing and operational initiatives.
Provide mentorship and training to new trainees, nurturing a pipeline of talented restaurant professionals.
Proven experience in restaurant management within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities, with attention to the restaurant's future needs.
Effective at handling customer feedback and improving service based on reviews.
Skilled in conducting impactful meetings and training sessions.
Financial savvy with experience in managing budgets and increasing profits.
