Qualifications:
- The Retail General Manager must have 5+ years of retail experience.
- The Retail General Manager must have 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
- Able to analyze reports and identify opportunities to take initiative in making merchandising and presentation adjustments.
- A true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- The Retail General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
