Salary range: $63,000.00-$75,000.00, with excellent work-life balance and full benefits.
Are you experienced in menu planning, pricing contracts, and managing temporary help and equipment? We're looking for a Retail Manager who can work closely with our Food Service Director in Hampton, VA. In addition, Front of House management skills are necessary to ensure your team is trained in serving techniques, garnishing, and service formats. If you're a Rockstar who thrives in the spotlight and enjoys interacting with customers and clients, this is the role for you! Public relations and marketing will also be a part of the Retail Manager's responsibilities.

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee cash operations, including food and supply ordering, ensuring proper storage, menu execution, quality assurance, and financial control. You will also assist the Food Service Director in meeting company and client financial goals while maintaining high levels of satisfaction among clients, customers, and associates.

Requirements:
High school degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in management (preferably in the Retail side of Hospitality Management)
Marketing & Public Relations experience
