Title of Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: Our Sales Coordinator plays a dynamic role in our business by assisting our customers and providing the needed support. This position requires a motivated, passionate, self-starting and results-oriented, up and coming professional. Our Sales Coordinator must be a dynamic and hard-working sale professional able to quickly and effectively field the administrative tasks associated with incoming leads from our global partners. This Coordinator may be assigned leads as well to manage independently of the Sales and Business Development team. He/she will work directly with clients, managing important calendars, tackling strategic projects, and helping our team work more efficiently and thoughtfully throughout their day. The Sales Coordinator must be resourceful, driven, and hungry for impact and visibility to complement our passionate team.

Qualifications:

  • The Sales Coordinator must have 3+ years relevant work experience in a professional firm
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Detail-oriented. Accuracy required
  • High degree of excellence in work quality
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
