Sales professional passionate about driving revenue and fostering client relationships in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales/Sales Manager to join our esteemed team in the Des Moines, IA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Foster strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Compensation:
- Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
- Quarterly Bonus: 35%
- Potential Total Annual Earnings: up to $81,000 if full 35% bonus is paid quarterly
