Title of Position – Group Dining Sales Manager
Job Description: The Group Dining Manager will be responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of all event functions ensuring a top-notch dining experience. The Group Dining Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the monthly and annual revenue targets by generating brand-new and repeat business through referrals, telephone solicitation, direct mail, outside sales calls, networking, and other community marketing techniques. Additionally, the Group Dining Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching and supporting the Host/GSA team in developing the brand name in a professional manner, and be able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

Ashley graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. Ashley has worked in restaurant management for Don Pablo's and The Corner Bakery Cafe where she worked for years as a FOH Manager as well as a Catering Manager.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing tennis and golf, and cheering for her favorite sports teams.
