Title of Position: Sales Manager
Job Description: The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of all event functions ensuring a top-notch dining experience. The Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the monthly and annual profit targets by producing brand-new and repeat business through referrals, phone calls, and direct mail, networking, and other community marketing techniques. Additionally, the Sales Manager will also be in charge of coaching and supporting the event team in building the brand name in a professional manner and be able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

- The Sales Manager must have high volume restaurant/catering management or sales experience of at least 2 years
