Title of Position: Sales and Catering Manager

Job Description: The Sales and Catering Manager will assist and guide customers to plan and organize functions and ideally meet heir special needs.The Sales and Catering Manager is responsible for increasing sales, and billing for the function facility, including food, beverage and any other special needs.

  • The Sales and Catering Manager must have high volume Sales and Catering management experience of at least 2 years
  • A knowledge of Caterease software is a big plus 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus for the Catering Sales Manager
  • The Catering Sales Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
