Your Role as Seasonal Head Chef
This isn’t just another chef job—it’s an adventure! You’ll use your culinary creativity to craft extraordinary meals that accommodate diverse dietary needs. From maintaining the highest safety standards to collaborating with an incredible food services team, you’ll help create memorable dining experiences that align with our mission of hospitality excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare Culinary Excellence: Design and prepare meals that cater to a variety of dietary requirements with attention to flavor and health.
- Lead the Kitchen Team: Foster a collaborative kitchen environment while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
- Uphold Safety: Ensure all operations meet high sanitation and safety protocols.
- Deliver Memorable Meals: Elevate the camper and guest experience with remarkable menus and service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Culinary Experience: A strong background in culinary arts, with a focus on dietary accommodations; ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
- Leadership Skills: A great team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle the demands of a busy commercial kitchen.
- Seasonal Availability: You’ll need to be available from May 2025 to August 2025.
