Seeking High-Energy Restaurant Assistant Manager and Kitchen Manager for a Full-Service Eatery!Â
Salary up to $55,000 depending upon experience

We are looking for an Assistant Manager and Kitchen Manager who embody our core values of fun, respect, inclusivity, and innovation. In this role, you will have the chance to:
• Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals who love what they do
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel cared for and appreciated
• Cultivate a culture of creativity and experimentation that pushes the boundaries of traditional cuisine
• Work with the executive chef to develop menu items and food preparation techniques that are both delicious and sustainable
• Be an advocate for your team's needs and feedback, both to your superiors and within the broader organization
• Maintain strict food safety and health regulations while still delivering top-notch service and quality
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant setting, with a particular focus on customer service, logistical planning, and culinary excellence.
Additionally, you should:
• Be a master communicator who can motivate and manage a diverse team
• Have excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Be a creative thinker who is constantly on the lookout for new trends and ideas
• Have a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing needs and expectations
• Be an empathetic and compassionate leader who values each team member's unique contributions and perspectives
