Salary up to $55,000 depending upon experience

• Work with the executive chef to develop menu items and food preparation techniques that are both delicious and sustainable
• Be an advocate for your team's needs and feedback, both to your superiors and within the broader organization
• Maintain strict food safety and health regulations while still delivering top-notch service and quality
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant setting, with a particular focus on customer service, logistical planning, and culinary excellence.
Additionally, you should:
• Be a master communicator who can motivate and manage a diverse team
• Have excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Be a creative thinker who is constantly on the lookout for new trends and ideas
• Have a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing needs and expectations
• Be an empathetic and compassionate leader who values each team member's unique contributions and perspectives
