Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the overall daily operations, ensuring the store's opening and closing duties are efficiently performed.
• Overseeing the seamless execution of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Maintaining stringent compliance with health and safety regulations and adhering to company standards.
• Training, supervising, and motivating our staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Managing inventory effectively, including the ordering and receiving of supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Acting as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, taking full responsibility for store performance and team management.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
