Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
- Staff Training and Mentorship: Train, coach, and mentor service staff to uphold high standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and supplies to meet customer demands.
- Collaborative Service: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle Feedback: Address customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
- Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
- Optimize Productivity: Manage schedules and labor costs effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the management team to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities to motivate and mentor team members.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and control practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of health and safety regulations with the ability to enforce them effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in point-of-sale and inventory management software is a plus.
- Certifications: Certification in food safety and/or alcohol service is advantageous.
